I have not been getting points on my bounty app at places where I used to get points earlier since first week of April.

I guess there is a background service issue with Xiami phone.You need to make sure BG services are on for bounty app from your phone. Also try the bell option within the app that also has worked for me.

When you do not get a check in, click the manual bell icon at the top right. Then you may get points directly otherwise you will get a bill upload option. When you upload the bill make sure the place name, time and date are visible.

All the answers are correct.. Go in this order to troubleshoot
1. Make sure you are on their latest app. This upgrade has helped me in the past
2. If you have a Xiaomi or Letv Le X507 model, there are known problems..You need to explicitly make sure background services are running
3. For some models I have heard turning on GPS works
4. If nothing works try clicking the manual bell and upload a bill
