From Slack to Uber, every startup with a success story, big or small, has attributed a few key aspects for their early stage success. One such aspect being ‘listening to the voice of the customer’.
We couldn’t agree more. Behind the scenes at the office of bounty App [we call ourselves bounty builders 🙂 ] we are constantly working to understand the impact of every feature or facility we build for our users. These are crucial in helping us reinforce (or redo if need be) our direction of progress.
One such avenue is tech events we are invited to speak at. These interactions give us a unique chance to meet several consumers from various demographics at one place. And you guessed it: It’s a gold mine from a feedback perspective.
Just the other day, Amitesh Bhagwan and Sandeep Hegde, core members of this startup were invited to present at separate events (Tech Hub Demo Night and the Yourstory.com mixer). Apart from the Amazing response and validation to the bounty App idea, we received quite a few interesting perspectives from the attendants on how some of our features fit in their daily lives.
