1. Got to know about a terrible customer experience through MeDine’s order of the pink heart pineapple gateaux cake. The customer was hassled with too many people calling and it was so uncalled for . We apologized for the mistake and our CEO started digging into the process to make sure we don’t repeat mistakes. The customer was kind enough to inform us and of course the service recovery mechanisms kickstarted.
Today’s orders are of butterscotch 10KG for an office party and a death by chocolate for a birthday cake celebration in office, again managed through our partners JustBake-MeDine. The processes are being reviewed and hopefully we get to drive thjat great customer experience ..
