Yesterday, the 19th of July, we did our first home delivery not by choice but by keeping up the spirit of driving that next gen. experience through MeDine. There was this couple who Pre ordered food through MeDine in The Moghul’s restaurant in HSR Layout and they said they would be coming soon. However some issue with their vehicle and they could not reach the restaurant even after 45 mins. On the way back they requested MeDine ‘Customer Delight’ team that if possible they would need a home delivery now as they have logistics issues & are going back home. We checked with the restaurant but at the same time they had almost 6 deliveries pending and the restaurant itself being full with diners, there were no options to deliver till another 1 hour. Our Operations manager Fayaz took the onus on himself and within 15 mins delivered food to the customer’s place. They were delighted when they realized that hot & delicious food they longed for reached them as soon as they reached home. They thanked us and of course ! that enigmatic pleasure we see when we make one more of that MeDine experience makes us live another day ! Who knows, one day we might see that “MeDine Experience” becomes the benchmark for restaurant experiences across the world!
