In a world of data and internet, there must be better ways of “Saying thank you visit us again”. There are better ways to reach out to your customers, when you want in the way you want.. there are better ways to build a brand and a loyal cult..How about some utopia now…Lets say you ran a discount offer in Snap Deal or an advertising campaign in Zomato..and your footfalls have suddenly increased..now after sometime, you want to reach out to the same set of customers and invite them for a special Sunday brunch..You want to send a message like this may be “Hi Ann, Long time since you visited us, how about having a bell pepper sandwich with a little dash of pudina chutney @ ‘my corner cafe’ this weekend?. Get your favourite green tea free” and if you are able to customize this message for each and every one of your customers based on what they enjoyed while dining at your restaurant…
